About us

Meet the bakers! Mother + daughter duo Corinne and Helen have each worked for years in the food and coffee industry. After falling in love with traditional bread making, they decided to bring the joy of sourdough to their community. Inspired by Italian culture and their own Polish heritage, Corinne and Helen are dedicated to reviving lost traditions. They are beyond excited to bring a delightful array of local goods, paired with exceptional coffee, to the heart of Hartford. 

Our Daily Bread serves a simple, Italian inspired coffee menu using none other than the famous Milwaukee roaster Anodyne, coffee. Each sourdough loaf is made by hand and baked fresh with wholesome and organic ingredients. Most products aim to support local businesses and farms, and the store prides itself on being eco-friendly.
